Another funny progesterone story...

Even though progesterone shots were something I dreaded, they have turned out to give us many funny memories. Usually, we turned the tv on to distract me during the shot process (and it was often a process). We had several of the Planet Earth series recorded and it was a nice, nature show that we thought would help decrease the stress of the moment. However, every time Scott was about ready to give me the shot, the Planet Earth show would take a turn for the worse. The cute little baby animals we had been watching were now being chased by a predator or the cute little seal that was swimming innocently along was now swimming for his life! Needless to say, we'd have to fast forward the show and it would take a couple more minutes for me to calm down again. This happened like clock work almost every night. I don't watch Planet Earth anymore.
